iDG Builders, founded in 2016 by Ira Griffin, is proud to be rooted in Albuquerque, NM. Our mission is to be helpful and useful to our employees, our families, and our clients, in growing and accomplishing their individual and collective goals, while focusing on delivering high-quality construction services.
Our management team comprises industry experts with extensive experience in overseeing the entire construction process. We excel in project conception, pre-construction budgeting, design management in close collaboration with architects and consultants, constructability assessments, budget consulting, and contract execution. From groundbreaking to occupancy and through the warranty period, we ensure a seamless operational process.
Our expertise spans various sectors, including commercial, educational, and institutional projects, as well as custom homes, hundreds of track homes, and thousands of multifamily units across both metropolitan and rural New Mexico. Prior to specializing in multifamily projects, our leadership successfully managed one of the state’s largest rough carpentry firms and played a pivotal role in developing large track home subdivisions with a top national home builder.
