My Story

My journey in construction began 25 years ago when I helped my father with his general contracting business as a teenager. This early experience sparked my passion for building and led me to a career in construction management. With a strong focus on organization, structure, and efficiency, I aim to enhance systems that benefit both organizational operations and the goals of employees and clients. The greatest fulfillment I find in my work comes from witnessing and supporting the growth and success of organizations and individuals. Early in my career, I specialized in managing large scale single-family and commercial projects, and for the last 15 years, I have been instrumental in growing and leading one of New Mexico's largest multifamily general contractors from $20 million to over $200 million in annual revenue by building high performance teams, mastering building processes and operational procedures and mentoring future leaders at various management levels. I am now eager to continue building exceptional projects, expert teams, helping organizations improve their operational efficiencies, and mentoring the next generation through iDG Builders.
